Dr. Dahlia El-Manstrly is an Associate Professor (Senior Lecturer) in Marketing and Director of Research for the Marketing and Creative & Cultural Industries (MCCI) group at the University of Sheffield Management School. She previously served as Co-Director of the Center for Service Excellence at the University of Edinburgh. Her expertise spans services marketing, with a focus on service recovery, customer loyalty, and international marketing.
