D. Andrew Merriwether is a Professor of Anthropology and Collegiate Professor at College in the Woods, Binghamton University. His research focuses on molecular anthropology and population genetics, particularly in reconstructing human migration patterns through genetic analysis of contemporary and ancient DNA samples.
