Cátia Reis is a full-time Researcher at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa's Católica Research Center for Psychological, Family and Social Wellbeing, holding a PhD in Sleep Patterns from the University of Lisbon. Her work spans sleep neuroscience, chronobiology, and psychometrics, with over 90 scientific productions since 2011.
