Cyrus Suntook is an Associate Fellow at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and Strategy Senior Manager at Accenture. He specializes in sustainability strategy, AI ethics, and organizational transformation, with a focus on embedding sustainability into organizational DNA. His research addresses leadership behaviors and practices needed to build stakeholder-aligned, sustainable organizations. He holds three Master's degrees (MMathPhil from Oxford, MA in Education from Manchester, and MBA from INSEAD), alongside a CFA Certificate in ESG Investing.
His work bridges academia and industry, including executive education on strategy and innovation, leadership development programs, and global initiatives like the World Economic Forum's Sustainability Maturity Index. He previously served as a secondary math teacher and now advocates for social mobility through educational equity initiatives.
Recent research explores tensions between profitability and sustainability, ESG performance measurement, and behavioral approaches to sustainable leadership. His collaborations include the World Economic Forum, UNGC, and the Consumer Goods Forum, with publications addressing stakeholder alignment, ESG metrics, and young leaders' roles in driving systemic change.
