Dr. Cynthia Alt serves as an Adjunct Professor of Clinical Business Communication at the Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California. With over 25 years of consulting experience in organizational and leadership development, she has been a faculty member at the Center for Management Communication (CMC) since 2014, teaching courses including BUAD-302: Communication Strategy in Business.

Her research expertise spans Business Communication, Organizational Development, and Leadership Development, with a focus on aligning individual and organizational goals to maximize productivity.
