Craig Williams is a Professor of Classics at the University of Illinois, affiliated with the School of Literatures, Cultures & Linguistics. He previously held positions at Brooklyn College, Columbia University, and the Freie Universität Berlin. His research bridges ancient and modern studies, focusing on gender, sexuality, and Indigenous engagements with classical antiquity.
