Craig E. Leen serves as a Professorial Lecturer in Law at The George Washington University, teaching Government Lawyering (6671), Disability Rights Law (6635), and Local Government Law (6422). He concurrently holds a partnership at K&L Gates LLP in the Labor, Employment, and Workplace Safety practice group and previously led the U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) as Director, reporting directly to the Secretary of Labor.

Mr. Leen's expertise spans Labor Law, Employment Law, Civil Rights enforcement, Disability Rights, Local Government Law, and Federal Contract Compliance. This research focus stems from his extensive government service—including 50 federal civil rights cases as Miami-Dade County's Federal Litigation Chief and tenure as Coral Gables City Attorney—complemented by publications in the Stetson Law Review and FIU Law Review where he served as faculty lead for a 2017 issue.
Admitted to practice in Florida, Massachusetts, New York, and D.C., he maintains board certification in city/county government law from the Florida Bar and has held leadership roles in Florida Bar committees including Vice Chair of the Rules of Judicial Administration Committee.
