Amanda S. Conn serves as a Professorial Lecturer in Law at The George Washington University Law School and General Counsel to WSSC Water, the 8th largest U.S. water utility serving 1.8 million customers. With 30+ years of legal, policy, and management experience across government and private practice, she teaches Local Government Law while maintaining active litigation roles including U.S. Supreme Court admission.
