Craig Crossley is an Associate Professor of Management at the University of Central Florida's College of Business. Formerly a senior corporate executive, he applies industry experience to research in leadership, trust dynamics, and organizational ethics. He has held Fulbright appointments at Dublin City University and Hanken School of Economics, focusing on SME globalization and leadership in Nordic firms.
His research examines psychological ownership in entrepreneurship, ethical leadership impacts on employee behavior, and trust mechanisms in organizational contexts. Recent work explores employee voice behaviors, work-home conflict, and venture team resilience.
Honors include nine industry awards in leadership development and organizational effectiveness and publications in top-tier journals including Academy of Management Journal and Journal of Applied Psychology. He maintains corporate partnerships with organizations including Goodyear and Lockheed-Martin.
