Dr. Craig Blomberg is a distinguished Professor of New Testament at Denver Seminary in Littleton, Colorado. He is internationally recognized as a leading evangelical New Testament scholar. Blomberg holds a PhD from the University of Aberdeen (Scotland), an MA from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, and a BA from Augustana College. His research focuses on Jesus and the Gospels, particularly the parables of Matthew, historical reliability of the Gospels, and socio-economic issues in Christianity.
Notable contributions include authoring/editing 15 books such as Jesus and the Gospels, Historical Reliability of the Gospels, and Interpreting the Parables. He has also contributed to multi-author works and professional journals.
Blomberg’s career includes prior roles as a faculty member at Palm Beach Atlantic College and a Research Fellow at Tyndale House (Cambridge, UK). His work courageously addresses controversial issues like women in ministry and interfaith dialogue with Mormonism.
