Craig Barber is a Senior Lecturer and Course Leader for BA (Hons) Fine Art at Norwich University of the Arts. He holds an MA in Painting from Winchester School of Art (2004) and has taught studio-based content across all three years of the Fine Art course. His practice combines painting with sound, performance, and collaborative methods, exploring themes of tension between physical/social structures and their collapse.

Barber's research focuses on painting as a primary medium, while integrating sound and performance to interrogate coherence and rupture in civilizations. His work has been exhibited internationally, including MAC Birmingham, H-Project Space Bangkok, and Francis Kyle Gallery London.
