David J. Hornung is a Professor in the Department of Art and Art History at Adelphi University's College of Arts and Sciences. With a career spanning decades, his expertise centers on visual arts pedagogy, studio practice, and creative scholarship. He holds an MFA in Painting (1976) and MA in Art (1975) from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, along with a BA in Fine Art (1973) from the University of Delaware-Newark.
