Courtney Turkington

Courtney Turkington is an Assistant Professor of Law at the College of Law, Loyola University New Orleans. She teaches courses in Obligations, Probate and Trusts, Successions and Donations, and focuses on Louisiana Civil Code subjects.

Her research explores the intersection of artificial reproductive technology and surrogacy across civil law and common law systems. She has been recognized for academic excellence and professional achievements, including graduating first in her class and receiving the Louisiana State Bar Association Civil Code Award.
