Courtney P. Brown is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Agricultural Education, Communication & Leadership at Oklahoma State University. Her work focuses on fostering inclusive leadership in agricultural contexts and exploring the historical and contemporary experiences of African Americans in the agricultural sector. She holds a Ph.D. and M.S. from Oklahoma State University, specializing in Agricultural Leadership and Communications, and a B.S. in Agriculture Science from Austin Peay State University.
