Courtnay Dittbrenner

Courtnay Dittbrenner is an Associate Professor in the Department of Hospitality and Service Management at the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in Hyde Park, NY. She also serves as the Associate Dean for Restaurant Education, Service, and Beverages. Her professional background spans extensive experience in hospitality management, including roles as CEO of Triple A Supplies, Inc., owner/operator of multiple restaurants, and General Manager at high-profile establishments like Isabella’s in New York City. She holds certifications as a Certified Sommelier from the Court of Master Sommeliers and a Certified Hospitality Educator (CHE).
