Cornelia Koch

Cornelia Koch is Senior Lecturer at the Adelaide Law School within the University of Adelaide's Faculty of Arts, Business, Law and Economics. An Education Specialist and Member of the Adelaide Education Academy, she specializes in public law including constitutional law, human rights, and comparative law, with particular focus on First Nations legal issues.

Her teaching methodology emphasizes experiential learning through public advocacy initiatives and work-integrated internships. She coordinates the Law and Justice Internship program and teaches Comparative Law, Constitutional Law, and Principles of Public Law.

Koch has received numerous teaching awards including national citations for pedagogical innovation. She currently supervises doctoral research on federalism and Indigenous self-determination rights.
