Corey Kershaw

Corey Kershaw, M.D., is a Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center and Clinical Services Chief of its Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine. He specializes in interstitial lung diseases and leads industry-funded clinical trials targeting idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis and related conditions.

Dr. Kershaw earned his M.D. from the University of Texas–Houston and completed residency in internal medicine and a pulmonary/critical care fellowship at Emory University. He is board-certified in pulmonary and critical care medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

His clinical and research activities focus on advancing treatments for interstitial lung diseases through collaboration with the Interstitial Lung Disease Program at UT Southwestern. Key areas of engagement include translational research, clinical trial participation, and multidisciplinary diagnostic approaches for complex pulmonary cases.
