Conrad Young

Conrad Young is a Visiting Policy Fellow at the Oxford Internet Institute (OII), University of Oxford, and serves as Chair of its Advisory Board. With over 30 years of expertise in tax technology and fiscal system digitalization, he previously held the role of Chief Digital Officer at Deloitte, overseeing a $8 billion business with 45,000 employees. His practice focuses on tax management, advising multinational corporations and governments, alongside leadership in global tax software enterprises.

Education includes a law degree from the University of Oxford, membership in the UK ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales), and the Chartered Institute of Tax. His work bridges policy, technology, and taxation, emphasizing digital transformation in fiscal governance.
