Conleth O'Loughlin

Conleth O'Loughlin is a Professor at The University of Western Australia (UWA), holding positions in the School of Earth and Oceans and the UWA Oceans Institute. He is the Director of the National Geotechnical Centrifuge Facility (NGCF), a globally recognized infrastructure for geotechnical centrifuge modeling. His expertise spans offshore geotechnics, centrifuge modeling, and anchoring systems, with a focus on offshore renewable energy developments. O'Loughlin has secured over $37.9M in research funding, including $20.8M in competitive grants and $17.1M in industry partnerships, leading to over 200 peer-reviewed publications. Education: PhD from College of Dublin (Coll.Dub.).
