Colin Mann is an Adjunct Professor and Director of Treble Choir at Nazareth University, alongside his role as Director of Choirs in the Arthur Satz Department of Music at the University of Rochester. At both institutions, he conducts ensembles such as concert choirs, chamber singers, and the Eastman-Rochester Chorus, where he led Poulenc’s Gloria and delivered a lecture recital on its rhythmic and textual analysis.

Mann’s research focuses on contextualizing Lithuanian folklore themes in contemporary choral compositions, and he is currently a candidate for the Doctor of Musical Arts degree in conducting at Eastman School of Music under the mentorship of Dr. William Weinert. His performance experience includes baritone solos in works like Durante’s Magnificat, Schubert’s Mass in G, and Fauré’s Requiem, as well as Samuel Barber’s 'Dover Beach' with the Cushman String Quartet.
In 2019, he participated in the Malaysia Bach Festival in Kuala Lumpur, performing Bach’s St. Matthew Passion. Prior roles include directing secondary school and community choirs in western Massachusetts and New England, artistic direction of the Monadnock Chorus in Peterborough, New Hampshire, and conducting the Viva Bach Festival, where he completed a cycle of seven cantatas and three motets with instrumental accompaniment. His career spans both academic leadership and active performance in choral and vocal disciplines.
