Colin Grey is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law, Queen's University. He joined in 2019, specializing in immigration, refugee, and administrative law. His research focuses on public law theory in migration governance, with notable publications including Justice and Authority in Immigration Law (2015). He co-edited Canada’s first immigration law casebook and authored Migration Law in Canada.

Professional Activities: Former legal counsel at Canada’s Immigration and Refugee Board (2008–2012), and associate professor at Université du Québec à Montréal (2015–2019). He organized the 2018 Conference of Canadian Immigration Law Scholars and co-edited a 2019 Dalhousie Law Journal special issue on Canadian immigration law.
