Cody L. Chullen is an Associate Professor of Management and Associate Dean for Academic Quality in the College of Business at East Carolina University. He holds tenure and teaches both undergraduate and graduate courses in management, including Managerial Negotiation, Human Resource Management, and Collaboration, Conflict, and Negotiation. He earned his Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior & Human Resource Management from Purdue University and has been at ECU since 2011.
