معرفی
Clémence Riffard is a Research Fellow in the Department of Immunobiology at Yale School of Medicine. Her research focuses on tertiary lymphoid structures (TLS) and their roles in cancer immunity and inflammatory processes. She holds a PhD in Cellular & Molecular Biology from Sorbonne Université (2023), an MSc in Biotechnology from AgroParisTech (2018), and a BSc in Biology from Lycée Champollion (2014).
Her studies explore TLS formation mechanisms in tumor and inflammatory contexts, emphasizing their therapeutic potential. Key research areas include TLS quantification via automated methods, neuroimmune interactions in TLS development, and bispecific antibodies in combination with CAR-T cell therapies. Recent work highlights TLS's role in enhancing anticancer immunity and the impact of sympathetic innervation on TLS formation in lung inflammation.
Publications span topics such as TLS in oncology, antibody engineering, and translational immunology. Her work bridges basic science and clinical applications, with a focus on improving immunotherapeutic strategies.
