Professor Clive Robinson is Professor of Respiratory Cell Science in the Institute for Infection and Immunity at St George's, University of London. His research focuses on the molecular basis of allergenicity and innate defense mechanisms in airway mucosa, leading to the development of 'Allergen Delivery Inhibitors' for asthma and allergic conditions.
He holds over 50 patents and has received translational funding from the Wellcome Trust. Prof. Robinson is a member of the British Pharmacological Society, American Chemical Society, American Thoracic Society, and serves on the scientific committee of the Lung Institute of Western Australia.
