Clinton Mathias

Clinton Mathias is an Adjunct Faculty Member at Western New England University's College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and an Adjunct Associate Professor in the Department of Veterinary and Animal Sciences at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. His research focuses on immunology, particularly mast cell biology, allergic inflammation, and asthma.

His research interests include:

• Role of IgE antibodies in mast cell homeostasis
• Immune mechanisms in atopic and occupational asthma
• Contributions of mast cells and natural killer cells to allergic inflammation
• Genetic and immunological basis of food allergy
