Clinton Hinote

Clinton Hinote is a Professor of Policy Analysis at the RAND School of Public Policy. He previously served as Deputy Chief of Staff for Strategy, Integration, and Requirements in the U.S. Air Force, leading Air Force Futures (HAF A5/7). With over 2,000 flight hours including combat experience, he holds a master's degree from Harvard's Kennedy School of Government. His career includes roles as Wing Commander, Weapons School graduate, and strategist in Air Forces Central.
