Cliff Oliech is a Lecturer in the Department of Educational Foundations and Leadership at Duquesne University's School of Education. He holds a Ph.D. in Special Education (2023) and an M.S.Ed. in Special Education (2020), both from Duquesne. His teaching spans undergraduate and graduate special education courses, and he previously taught high school science in Kenya (2011-2018).

His work emphasizes Universal Design for Learning (UDL) in STEM programs and video-based interventions to enhance employment readiness, particularly for those with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (IDD). He emphasizes inclusive education practices and equitable career assessment methods.
