Clemens Spahr is an Adjunct Professor at the Obama Institute for Transnational American Studies. He holds an M.A. in English/American Studies and German Literature from the University of Tübingen and a PhD from Mainz University, with visiting scholar positions at Princeton University and the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
