Claus Andreas Klingenberg

Claus Andreas Klingenberg is a Professor at the Department of Clinical Medicine, UiT The Arctic University of Norway. His research focuses on neonatal medicine, infectious diseases, and neonatal intensive care, with a particular emphasis on neonatal sepsis, antibiotic stewardship, and preterm infant health.

His recent publications highlight trends in neonatal resuscitation, gut microbiome modulation, and inflammatory mechanisms in preterm infants. Collaborative studies span multinational clinical trials, experimental models, and population-based epidemiology across Norway and Tanzania.
