Claudia Tordini

Claudia Tordini is an Affiliated Faculty in the Organizational Dynamics Programs at the University of Pennsylvania's College of Liberal and Professional Studies. Her work bridges art and experiential learning, focusing on enhancing leadership skills through creative methodologies.

• Education: MBA from The Wharton School, Master of Philosophy in Organizational Dynamics from UPenn, and a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires.

Her research explores how art-based practices can deepen emotional intelligence and relational competencies in leadership contexts. At Penn, she has designed and taught courses such as Becoming an Agile and Creative Leader and Art as Intercultural Dialogue, integrating interdisciplinary approaches into organizational studies.

In 2021, Claudia pioneered a unique one-year leadership development program leveraging experiential learning through the arts, currently undergoing expansion to increase its scope and impact.
