Claudia Schojan

Claudia Schojan is a Lecturer specializing in Speech Training/Phonetics at the Institute for Music Theatre (IMT) within the University of Music Karlsruhe since 2009. She also held a teaching role at the University of Music and Performing Arts Stuttgart since 1999. Born into a family of performing artists, she transitioned from classical singing studies at the Hanns Eisler Academy of Music in Berlin to speech art, completing her diploma at the Stuttgart State University of Music and Performing Arts. Since 1999, she has worked as a freelance speech artist and language coach for singers, collaborating with major opera houses like the Stuttgart State Opera. Her expertise bridges vocal performance, language coaching for German opera repertoires, and interdisciplinary musical-literary programs.
