Claudia Sbuttoni is a Research Fellow at the University of Gastronomic Sciences (UNISG) in Pollenzo, Italy. Her current research focuses on the VITAE project, studying the history of wine production in the Langhe region post-1945, oral histories, and sustainability networks.
