Claudia Bernhard-Oettel is a Professor and Deputy Head of Department at the Department of Psychology, Stockholm University, with a focus on work and organizational psychology. Her career spans roles at institutions like the Swedish Institute for Working Life, Södertörn University College, and Karolinska Institutet, where she coordinated interdisciplinary initiatives in the Stockholm Stress Center.
