Claude St-Cyr is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Education of the Université de Montréal, affiliated with the Department of Educational Administration and Foundations. He previously led the CAR Project at the Lucie and André Chagnon Foundation, focusing on enhancing professional expertise and collaborative cultures in schools.
