Claude SICOTTE

Claude SICOTTE is a Professor and holder of the BFM MNH Research Chair in Health Prospective at the EHESP School of Public Health. He concurrently serves as a Professor in the Department of Management, Evaluation and Health Policy at the School of Public Health, Université de Montréal since 1990. His affiliations include the Institute of Management (IdM) and UMR 6051 ARENES research unit.

Education:

• Member of the Doctoral School of Economics and Management Sciences (EDGE), Université Bretagne Loire

Research Interests: Foresight in healthcare organizations, organizational innovations, healthcare information technology, care pathways, and healthcare system performance. His work emphasizes organizational theory, evaluative research, and the integration of health, social, and medico-social dimensions in service delivery.

Professional Roles:

• President of the Jury for the PREPS Call for Projects (DGOS, French Ministry of Health, since 2016)
• Editorial Board Member, Journal of Health Management and Economics (since 2009)
• Associate Editor, Healthcare Policy (Canadian journal, since 2008)
