Claude Raisaro is an Assistant Professor in Development Microeconomics at the Geneva Graduate Institute, affiliated with the Department of International Economics and the Centre for Finance and Development. He holds a PhD from the University of Zurich. His research focuses on social norms, behavioral economics, and development policy, with field experiments in Uganda and Peru. Key areas include labor market discrimination, education inequality, and market functioning under uncertainty.

Recent Projects: Examines how financial incentives mitigate harmful social norms among Ugandan motortaxi drivers, gender discrimination in Uganda's motor mechanics sector, preschool impacts in Peru, and vanilla farmers' sales strategies in Uganda.
