Dr. Clare Milledge is a Senior Lecturer at UNSW Arts, Design & Architecture, living and working across Bundjalung and Eora Nations. Her practice-led research explores ecology through contemporary art, focusing on the artist-shaman archetype and fieldwork methodologies to transform environmental data into public installations.

Research Themes
Her work examines intersections between art and ecology, employing glass paintings, textiles, poetry, and collaborative sound to interrogate environmental narratives. Key projects include Imbás: a well at the bottom of the sea (2022 Biennale of Sydney) and Dämmerschlaf (2016) with Mikala Dwyer.

Supervision & Collaborations
