Clare Mcgroarty is a Lecturer in Adult Nursing at Staffordshire University, affiliated with the School of Health, Education, Policing and Sciences. She teaches on pre-registration nursing and Trainee Nursing Associate modules, focusing on integrating clinical practice and educational innovation. Her career spans diverse roles in healthcare, including clinical work with the National Blood Service (NBS) and commercial positions as a Clinical Educator/Trainer/Specialist.
