Clare Britton is Lecturer in Visual and Contemporary Art at Sydney College of Arts, University of Sydney. Her interdisciplinary practice combines visual art, performance, and site-specific installations with focus on attention, time, and landscapes. She creates collaborative projects involving walking, rivers, and environmental storytelling.
Britton's research examines creative process, collaborative practice, site-based art, and environmental humanities. Current projects explore river ecosystems through multidisciplinary collaborations with Indigenous knowledge holders, scientists, and artists. She facilitates the Magnetic Topographies research group exploring collective spatial practice.
