Clare Bird

Dr. Clare Bird is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Biological and Environmental Sciences at the University of Stirling. Her research focuses on marine microbial responses to environmental change, particularly studying foraminifera in polar and sub-polar seas. She investigates how environmental parameters and biological factors influence shell chemistry, with implications for paleoenvironmental reconstructions and climate change impacts.
