Clara Onell, a researcher at Sophiahemmet University College and alumnus of Stockholm University, built her career at the intersection of nutrition and health sciences. After an initial focus on psychology, she pursued a bachelor's and master's degree in nutrition at Stockholm University, with an exchange semester at Griffith University in Australia. Her clinical experience included roles at an eating disorder clinic and Psychiatry Southwest at Huddinge Hospital, where she developed health-promoting food systems and received an honorable mention at the Stockholm Region's Meal Award. Clara earned her PhD in health sciences from Sophiahemmet University College, researching lifestyle habits of students and athletes linked to muscle disorders. Currently self-employed, she provides part-time nutritional counseling, develops training programs for companies/sports clubs, and aims to balance entrepreneurship with academic research.
