Claire Wright

Claire Wright is a business historian and Lecturer at UTS Business School, researching corporate leadership diversity through an ARC DECRA-funded project on Australian women in corporate leadership (1910-2020). Her work examines governance, networks, and workplace equity across twentieth-century business history.

Publications analyze gender barriers in board appointments, corporate reporting evolution, and postfeminist leadership narratives. Research employs network analysis and archival methods to trace historical patterns of exclusion and diversity.
