Claire Sinclair is a Lecturer in Management at the University of York's School for Business and Society. With 15 years in management consulting at Accenture, she specializes in large-scale transformation projects across industries, including process re-engineering, ERP implementation, and digital rights management. Her academic career focuses on teaching and pedagogical innovation, blending industry experience with theoretical frameworks.
She holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practice and certifications from professional bodies. Her teaching spans undergraduate and postgraduate modules such as Business Planning, Operations & Project Management, and Research Methods, with a particular emphasis on employability skills like critical thinking and teamwork.
Claire actively engages entrepreneurs and business leaders through masterclass series and serves as an academic observer on York Strengths, the university's flagship employability program. She currently chairs the School's Postgraduate Admissions role, overseeing open days and student recruitment.
