Claire Masters is the Associate Director of the Office of Health Care Management Education at the Yale School of Public Health (YSPH). She co-directs the Health Care Management and joint M.P.H./M.B.A. programs with Dr. Howard Forman. Her roles include curriculum development, student advising, career support, and program recruitment. Masters holds an M.S. in Health Policy and a B.A. in International Studies from the University of Sydney.

Notable projects include studies on resilience's role in mitigating food insecurity's impact on maternal depression, the association between prenatal depression and postpartum care access, and frameworks for scaling innovative healthcare models like group prenatal care.
