Dr. Claire Jackson is a Senior Research Fellow at the University of Southampton, Faculty of Medicine, affiliated with the Southampton Biomedical Research Centre and Institute for Life Sciences. She is based at the University Hospitals Southampton NHS Foundation Trust with an honorary NHS contract. Elected to the University of Southampton Senate (2022), she leads the PCD diagnostic laboratory, line-manages two staff members, and supervises several postgraduate students. Her roles include contributions to committees such as the Athena SWAN Silver application SAT committee, Faculty of Medicine Postdoctoral Association, and Mentoring sub-committee.
