Associate Professor Cindy McCreery is a cultural historian at The University of Sydney, specializing in modern monarchy, colonialism, and naval history. She holds degrees from Yale University (BA), the University of Oxford (MPhil, DPhil), and a Graduate Certificate in Education Studies from Sydney. Affiliated with the Vere Gordon Childe Centre, she leads research hubs on global monarchy and maritime history.
