Cindy Lee

Cindy Lee is a Senior Lecturer at Torrens University Australia, affiliated with the Business and Hospitality Centre for Organisational Change and Agility (COCA). Her research focuses on tourist behavior, online photo-sharing, hospitality education, and workforce development. She holds a PhD in Tourism (2022) from Torrens University, an MSc in International Hospitality Management (2012), and a BSc in Tourism Management (2010) from Taylor's University Malaysia. Lee has received awards including the 2020 HDR Excellence Award and the 2023 Early Career Research Commendation.
