Cilla Sanders is a Lecturer and Programme Lead for the BSc (Hons) Nursing - Child programme at the University of Leeds' School of Healthcare (Faculty of Medicine and Health). With 12 years of clinical experience in paediatrics including PICU, oncology, and community nursing, she transitioned to academia in 2005. Her expertise focuses on holistic care for children with complex health needs, health inequalities mitigation, and evidence-based nursing practices.
