Dr. Ciara Nolan serves as a Lecturer in Management specializing in Human Resource Management at Technological University Dublin's School of Management, People and Organisations. She coordinates the CIPD-accredited part-time BSc Human Resource Management program and manages the "Ahead of the Curve" podcast series. Previously, she held academic positions at Dublin City University and Ulster University Business Schools, where she directed award-winning MSc programs.
