Dr. Chung-Ho Lin is a Research Professor at the University of Missouri's School of Natural Resources and leads bioremediation and natural products research programs at the Center for Agroforestry. His work spans environmental science, biochemistry, and human health through plant-microbe-enzyme applications.

Research focuses on bioremediation of pollutants (e.g., pesticides, pharmaceuticals, PFAS), ecological restoration, bioeconomy development, and wastewater-based epidemiology for pathogen tracking. He co-led Missouri's Coronavirus Sewershed Surveillance Project (CDC/NIH-funded, $7.6M) and explores bioactive compounds in black walnut, pawpaw, and spent coffee grounds.
Recent publications highlight collaborations in environmental toxicology, wastewater virology, and analytical methods for pollutant detection. His team's inventions have spun off companies like Elemental Enzymes Inc. and Tiger Enzyme Solutions.
